• Assist the Dietary Head Chef in the preparation and production of dietary dishes according to the clinic's standards.
• Carry out culinary preparations respecting recipes, weights, and nutritional guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Dietary Head Chef and dietitians to ensure the dishes meet the medical needs of patients.
• Maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP).
• Control the quality and freshness of the products used and manage stocks optimally.
• Respect the presentation, cooking, and consistency standards defined by the Dietary Head Chef.
• Adapt to patients' specific diets (salt-free, low-calorie, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) by precisely following instructions.
• Participate in the daily cleaning of equipment, workstations, and production areas.
