- Planning / coordinating cable deliveries
- Monitoring production flow and production performance indicators
- Executing productions and stock transfers
- Developing weekly production schedules as well as its disposal
- Planning personnel as well as their personal development (continuing education)
- Planning / monitoring maintenance and servicing as well as managing the stock of wear parts
- Operating and maintaining the installation as well as troubleshooting
- Managing storage spaces
- Administrative tasks related to the field of activity
- Substituting for the operations manager in their absence
- Monitoring staff in terms of safety and environment, and applying the underlying rules
- Encouraging continuous improvement
- Basic technical training with several years of experience (automation technician, polymechanic, electrician)
- Advanced technical training (higher education, master's) or equivalent training
- Experience in production (minimum 2 years)
- Proven experience in team management
- Fluency in spoken and written French, German B2, English B2
- Comfortable with computer applications (MS Office)
- Sense of organization
