About the job
The position is located at the UAPE of Crétalaison in Mont-sur-Lausanne, a facility with a capacity of 72 places.
Your mission:
- Ensure quality support for the children received, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in compliance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Implement the institution's educational project and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Promote a quality and exchange relationship with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
Your profile:
You have the ability to develop reflective action on issues related to quality and to carry out relevant actions, deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the team.
You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
