Partner Network Manager 50-60% (m/f/d)
The Migration & Integration Department of French-speaking Switzerland - a branch of Caritas Switzerland in Fribourg - is responsible for supporting and integrating recognized refugees in the canton of Fribourg on behalf of the state.
The Integration Service is a multidisciplinary service composed of 30 people distributed across 5 Domains. The Service's mission is to promote the sustainable professional and social integration of refugees. Professionals support beneficiaries individually and in groups to assess their needs and skills, develop personalized measures, and coordinate work with other Services and external partners.
Within this framework, we are looking for a partner network manager to strengthen the professional integration unit of the Service, whose main tasks will be to assess priority professional fields, identify companies/partners, meet companies/partners, and create synergies favorable to the professional integration of refugees. We are seeking a dynamic profile to fill this newly created position.

Your tasks
- Develop and maintain the partner network (companies and associations)
- Manage and update the partner address book
- Create and ensure the implementation of synergies and partnerships favorable to the professional integration of refugees
- Coordinate and develop the FRIntegration platform
- Collaborate with the integration advisors team to meet their field needs
- Collaborate with the Department's internal Services
- Collaborate with the external network and relevant state Services
- Knowledge of the cantonal system of professional integration measures/offers is an asset
- Participate in the development and implementation of new internal or external projects
Our requirements
- Proven professional experience in project management, creating partnerships in companies or networks
- Professional experience in socio-professional integration is an asset
- Very good knowledge of the economic and associative fabric of the canton of Fribourg
- Interpersonal skills, high communication skills, initiative, strong sense of responsibility
- High organizational and administrative skills, synthesis ability, rigor and professional ethics
- Flexible, willing to work evenings when the role requires it
- High proficiency with modern IT tools (data management, CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Native French or German speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language, mastery of another language is an asset (the working language is French)
- Driver's license is an asset
The workplace is Fribourg.
Start date: August 1, 2026 or by agreement.
