- Professional advice to guests and travel agencies/tour operators by phone and e-mail, taking into account guest preferences when booking rooms as well as when selecting a program according to the Chenot Method®
- Implementation of optimal guest care before arrival at the highest level, considering the wishes, needs, and expectations of the guests
- Ensuring optimal occupancy of room capacity and room allocation as well as the correct and continuous assignment of staff for medical treatments for each individual guest
- Sale of additional services taking into account the needs and preferences of the guests
- Continuous communication and efficient cooperation with the reception, housekeeping, and medical/spa department
- Processing reservations with the hotel software programs Protel-Cloud and RIMS
- Sending commission invoices to travel agencies and tour operators
- Support of the planning team: planning treatments for guests in the medical spa department according to the Chenot Method® taking into account the specified schedules and the availability of medical staff with the software program Coffi
Qualifications & Competences
- Professional experience in reservations in luxury hospitality, ideally with training in hospitality and/or a degree from a hotel management school
- Self-motivation and interest in health care: You are personally committed to developing and acquiring comprehensive and detailed knowledge about our house, including all detox programs and associated treatments as well as various room categories
- High service orientation: You enjoy providing our guests with a holistic and individual booking experience
- Structured, well organized, and resilient: You keep an overview even under high workload and can set priorities correctly
- Team player with a positive attitude and winning appearance: You enjoy interacting with people and contribute to a harmonious and productive working atmosphere
- Good rhetorical skills: You find it easy and enjoyable to conduct sales talks
- High commitment and proactive approach: You seek tasks and contribute to the further development of teamwork and processes
- Very good English skills (spoken and written), additional language skills (spoken and written) in French desirable
- Good IT skills in MS Office programs, knowledge of Protel would be an advantage
