Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for our catering service at Morges Hospital a:
Cost Controller in Catering (M/F) at 100%
WE OFFER YOU
- Weekday hours, no weekends or public holidays.
- 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. Possibility to buy back an additional week of vacation, as well as 10 public holidays offered.

YOU HAVE
- A chef's CFC, hotel school diploma, federal certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in collective or traditional catering, with cost management.
- Mastery of office tools and ease in creating monitoring tables.
- Good interpersonal skills and smooth communication fostering harmonious collaboration with all stakeholders,
- Rigor, excellent priority management, allowing you to remain effective and organized even during busy periods.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the supply of the service with foodstuffs while optimizing available resources.
- Control the conformity of orders, deliveries, and invoices to guarantee cost control.
- Develop and update budget dashboards as well as food cost indicators.
- Participate in budget preparation and contribute to the evaluation and selection of suppliers.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards and institutional instructions.
- Supervise, train, and support employees and apprentices to maintain a high level of skills.
