The Finance and Controlling Department shapes and supports financial planning and management and develops and maintains the university-wide finance and controlling systems.

Employee: Financial Accounting, 80%
In this role, you will create invoices via SAP-SD and be responsible for the data transfer of invoices from Evento (school administration application for invoices to students) to SAP. You will assist in processing and checking creditor invoices in the electronic invoice workflow. You will help with posting internal allocations in SAP-CO and with credit card statements and travel bookings in SAP-FI. You will perform monthly account reconciliations. Furthermore, you will support your supervisor with the annual financial statements.
After completing a commercial basic education, you have already gained several years of experience in a similar position. You have solid knowledge in handling SAP-CO as well as MS Office products, especially Excel.We are looking for a team-oriented, flexible personality with a quick grasp and precise working style. Ideally, you already have user knowledge in SAP.
