Is this helpful?
The fifth seat in our authority is still vacant. Even in the second round of the 2022 renewal elections, we could not fill the fifth seat. To this day, we are unfortunately still understaffed in the authority. Instead of five people, we are only four. This means not only more work for the four authority members, but we are also missing another person with their ideas, opinions, and supportive shoulders. If you are interested in shaping our parish, are a member of the Reformed State Church, and live in Greifensee or the nearby area (the residency requirement in the community no longer exists), then you could be the authority member we are looking for. As an authority member, you can expect among other things:
- Teamwork in church management and collaboration with the staff.
- The experience that even in the church, solutions are hard-fought.
- Legal foundations that provide a framework for your office.
- Challenges, community, further education, pleasant encounters with parish members, responsibility, authority compensation, diverse tasks, collegiality, and much more.
- A workload of about 20% with duties also on
I would be happy to inform you about the possibilities and obligations that come with the office of church caretaker in a personal conversation. I look forward to your contact (044 548 20 35 or ruth.schmid@refgreifensee.ch) For the church management
