- Management of projects (KYC & KYS, legal monitoring, surveys, communication measures)
- Creation and processing of internal regulations and processes, as well as conducting compliance training
- Internal contact person for inquiries and concerns on various compliance topics
- Identification and assessment of specific compliance risks, as well as conducting risk-based compliance audits
- Review and approval of third parties (KYC), monitoring the due diligence process within the company's internal third-party software (third-party management - TPM)
- Development and implementation of controls and compliance audits
