To strengthen our teams, we are offering two positions for
Credit Operations Associates
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Handle the entire administrative life cycle of credit cases (contracts, disbursements, guarantees, repayments, payments).
- Manage current credit cases in the management tool (FLA).
- Process syndicated loans and real estate development credits.
- Manage activities related to escrow accounts.
- Ensure the process related to business relationship confirmations (preparatory work and establishment).
- Prepare statistics and reporting.
- Perform all administrative tasks related to the service.
Your qualifications:
- Commercial employee training in the banking sector.
- Affinity with handling administrative tasks related to credits.
- Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment.
- Ability to prioritize files and work on several cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in German and/or English is considered an advantage.
Your personal qualities:
- Work rigor and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative and ease in anticipating important operations.
- Open and positive personality as well as a strong team spirit.
- Ability to work in a demanding work environment with a high workload.
