Operations Manager Project Residual Value, 80 - 90%

Are you looking for a meaningful challenge? Would you like to support apprentices and participants in professional training and vocational integration measures? Are you interested in managing the "Project Residual Value" operation (www.projekt-restwert.ch), coordinating and exchanging information with all involved partners? Do you enjoy both conceptual and project-based tasks and want to develop further? If you can answer these questions with "Yes" and bring a good dose of flexibility, you are the right person for us!

What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk EFZ, preferably with experience in the new commercial training
- Experience in business administration and operational processes, their coordination, and a pronounced customer orientation
- Training or further education in the practical training of apprentices
- Interest and motivation in the further development of the Project Residual Value
- Flair for accompanying and guiding apprentices and participants as well as joy in dealing with people in challenging life situations
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations, keep an overview, and set boundaries
- Constructive, solution-oriented communication and a winning appearance
