Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk Body Shop/Paint Shop 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a spare parts warehouse clerk, you are responsible for the warehouse in the body shop/paint shop and thus a central contact person for this department. With your careful and service-oriented manner, you ensure smooth processes, efficient spare parts management, and high operational safety.
- You are responsible for timely and correct preparation and provision of necessary spare parts for the body shop/paint shop
- You ensure timely procurement of components and organize them accordingly
- You check incoming spare parts both qualitatively and quantitatively and monitor orders to ensure timely deliveries
- You are responsible for warehouse management, keep an overview of all stored parts, and record all goods movements in the IT system
- You handle complaint management and thus ensure the return of defective parts to suppliers
- You ensure order, cleanliness, and systematics in the warehouse area
- If needed, you provide cross-departmental support, for example in customer vehicle care
- You have completed training as a retail specialist EFZ auto parts logistics EFZ or a comparable training in the automotive industry
- You bring several years of professional experience in warehouse management and spare parts administration and have solid knowledge in inventory management
- You already have experience in spare parts procurement as well as in coordinating suppliers and timely material supply
- You have the ability to work in a structured way and are an organizational talent
- A confident handling of digital tools, warehouse management systems, and IT applications is natural for you
- You are a positive, team-oriented personality who enjoys working with the body shop/paint shop, internal departments, and external suppliers
