Garden Team Member
A workplace in the Aargau Seetal, directly on the shore of Lake Hallwil, in a renowned family cultural resort of the Balance family. Here we are looking to complement our team with someone who enjoys working outdoors and likes varied and garden-typical tasks. Planting in spring, maintaining in summer, preparing in autumn, preserving in winter – you work where others go on vacation.
This is what you provide
- You maintain and care for the outdoor natural areas according to instructions and ensure a well-kept overall appearance.
- You take care of the maintenance area of the natural pool as well as the garden and rooftop pools and ensure their flawless condition.
- You keep the wellness outdoor areas clean, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
- You ensure that all guest areas always appear clean, tidy, and inviting.

- You see things before others do. You like it when things are beautiful, tidy, and harmonious – and you are proud when guests notice it, even if they don’t say so.
- You have very good physical fitness.
- Irregular working hours and weekend shifts require a high degree of flexibility and mobility, which you bring with you.
- You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- Your working style is independent, structured, and characterized by a sense of responsibility.
- You have good spoken German skills and can communicate clearly.
