Your tasks
- You advise parents of infants and toddlers on nutrition, care, education, development, and early support.
- You conduct home visits or provide advice by phone.
- As a deputy, you take on tasks of your team colleagues throughout the catchment area of our affiliated communities.
- Writing reports, recording client data, and maintaining statistics are also part of your duties.
- You conduct group sessions with very vulnerable and isolated families.
Your profile
- You have a Federal Diploma as an Early Childhood Consultant, a HF degree in nursing with a focus on child and youth family support, a Bachelor in social pedagogy or social work with experience in systemic solution-oriented counseling.
- You bring professional experience in early childhood and have continuously furthered your education.
- You provide advice in an engaged, competent, and parent-oriented manner.
- In unforeseen situations, you respond calmly, curiously, and solution-oriented.
- You meet all people openly, clearly, and with understanding.
- You are flexible and interested regarding working days, times, and areas of responsibility.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
