About the job

To complement our «Fugu» daycare team Winterthur Römertor, we are looking for a co-educator 60% immediately, limited until the end of July 2026 or by agreement.

«Fugu» daycares are a private company aiming to expand family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our daycare is located in a beautiful house and has two outdoor groups nearby. We have a garden for attractive outdoor play opportunities. The bright rooms are child-friendly furnished. The house is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Our cook provides delicious and healthy menus daily for the children and all staff. The daycare is designed for 5 groups. Opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Children's hearts fly to you! When children play, jump, and laugh, you only then come to rest. As a co-educator, you give full commitment across several groups and are a valuable support for the group leaders. You represent the group leaders during vacation absences and demonstrate your leadership skills. Continuing education is a matter of course for us. Exciting additional functions and career opportunities await you. We take your wishes and goals into development discussions and plan your development together.

TASKS

Care and support of the children in everyday life

Constructive cooperation with the group leadership and support in everyday life

Assistance in planning and conducting excursions

Assistance in planning and implementing regular parent events

Professional parent work

Independent management of the children's group according to our educational principles as well as independent assumption of all related activities in the absence of the group leader

REQUIREMENTS

Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in children

Resilience and great commitment in working with children

Reliable, independent, and organized working style

Motivation, joy, and interest in working with children and the team

Positive and professional appearance
