Your Role
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Middle School Counselor (100%) to join our Secondary School team from August 2026.
You will lead and coordinate social-emotional, academic, and transitional support for students in Grades 6–8, working closely with teachers, parents, and the pastoral team to nurture student wellbeing and belonging.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Educational Psychology, or related field (i.e. licensed social worker).
- Current certification or licensure as a School Counselor.
- At least 5 years of recent middle school experience, ideally in an IB or international context.
- Deep understanding of adolescent development, wellbeing, and restorative practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural awareness skills.
- Excellent English; German an advantage.
- Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland preferred.
