Your tasks
- Planning and conducting application coaching in individual and group settings with job-seeking social assistance recipients and refugees
- Developing and implementing the application strategy
- Creating and optimizing application documents
- Conducting and further developing workshops
- Participation in case discussions and exchange with work educators and referring agencies
- Carrying out case-related administrative and planning tasks
- Preparing reports
Your profile
- Qualified training in social work or work integration
- Further training in job coaching, supported employment or case management is an advantage
- Professional experience in work integration or job placement is an advantage
- Knowledge or network of existing employers in the Zurich lowlands is an advantage
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent and confident written and spoken expression in German
