Your mission with us

Technical expertise meets real impact

As an Enterprise Cloud Architect, you influence our engineering team in the following areas:

• Design and conception of scalable hybrid and private cloud architectures for enterprise customers
• Development and creation of technical concepts and architecture documentation together with our customers
• Planning and conducting solution workshops at our customers' sites
• Technical leadership of cloud projects throughout the entire lifecycle
• Close collaboration with hardware and software manufacturers to develop our solution offerings
• Technical contact person for the customer during the solution lifecycle
• Support of the sales process as a technical contact person
• Participation in innovation projects to further develop our enterprise cloud product portfolio

Your profile

What makes you the ideal candidate

Education & experience

• Higher technical education in computer science (HF, FH) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing hybrid and private cloud solutions

Technical expertise

Must-have:

• Solid knowledge in hyperconverged infrastructures (HCI) and private cloud technologies
• Expertise in system engineering: compute, storage, virtualization, networking
• Understanding of modern cloud architectures and best practices (scalability, high availability, security)
• Experience with backup and data protection solutions

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications in cloud or virtualization (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge in infrastructure as code and automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Interest in modern architectures (container platforms, Kubernetes)
• Experience with public cloud platforms and their integration

Personal skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Communicative and open personality with customer focus
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous learning
