- You are responsible for handling objection procedures regarding the Warning and Information System HIS in German, French, and Italian
- You provide advisory support to around forty BVM specialists in applying the reporting reasons of the HIS (svvsolution.ch/systeme/his)
- You enrich the management team of the BVM department with your legal expertise
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You are a lawyer, preferably with a lawyer's license
- You are proficient in German and French, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You have experience in private insurance law and are motivated to specialize in the application of insurance fraud facts
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, firmly represent the interests of all honest customers, but also achieve amicable solutions through negotiation skills
