• You are responsible for the accounting support of our institutional owners
• You are responsible for the timely and accounting-accurate preparation of interim and annual financial statements including owner billing as well as control of interfaces and reporting
• You bear responsibility for the ongoing monitoring and clearing of accounting records
• You calculate the tax rates for partially opted properties and prepare the VAT returns including the associated journals
• You record the master data of new properties and mandates
• You participate in coordination meetings with our customers in close cooperation with Key Account Management
• You prepare all necessary files for internal and external audits including VAT audits
• You take on additional tasks on behalf of the supervisor (testing extensions, participating in internal projects, supervising trainees, etc.)

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
• You have additional training as an accounting specialist, a fiduciary certificate, or an equivalent further education
• You bring several years of experience in accounting/financial accounting/closing as well as good VAT expertise
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other national languages
• You live the values of customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You are digitally savvy, have good knowledge of MS Office, and are open to changes
• You think and analyze logically and enjoy working with numbers
