Team Leader Housing 80-100%
These are your tasks:
- Leading a residential group team for clients on the autism spectrum with increased need for structure
- Ensuring resource-oriented support of clients in their daily lives
- Participation in daily support and care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, legal guardians, doctors, and external offices
- Maintaining client documentation
This is what you bring:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of leadership experience and professional experience in supporting and caring for people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours
