General mission of the position
You report directly to the Sector Manager and your general mission is to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of municipal premises, supporting the site-responsible concierges.
In this context, your tasks are as follows:
- Clean the premises: floors, walls, windows, lighting fixtures, waste disposal, application of appropriate products.
- Repair windows, doors, locks… (basic repairs).
- Use and maintain cleaning machines and tools: scrubber dryer, aerial work platform, sweeper, drill, planer, grinders, ladders, electric support...
- Detect defects and malfunctions in installations, equipment, and building structures (electricity, heating, sanitary, sanitation, roofs, sheet metal work, glazing, etc.) and report them.
- Communicate and organize: knows the priorities of users, the School Service, and the Technical Service and collaborates and organizes with assistants, with whom he/she knows how to communicate.
- Possibility to work on weekends during events.
- Replace a concierge in case of absence, illness, or accident.
Your profile
• You have several years of experience in concierge work.
• You hold an AFP in a building trade (electrician, heating engineer, sanitary installer…) or recognized training in the field of concierge services.
• You know and have experience in maintenance and upkeep tasks of a building (repairs, cleaning, management of technical and security installations).
• You are a native French speaker with good knowledge of spoken German.
• You know and use MS Office computer tools.
