Job Description
- Welcome, support, and integrate newly arrived assistant doctors and trainees
- Coordinate and ensure administrative follow-up related to the activity of assistant doctors/trainees (schedules, files, training organization, etc.)
- Actively support department heads in their daily tasks and the management of the secretariat teams
- Handle the drafting, sending, and follow-up of official letters and documents (letters, certificates, medical reports, etc.)
- Perform all medical secretarial administrative tasks (patient file management, appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, filing)
- Perform common medical procedures according to profile (blood draws, ECG, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality of services
- Regular travel to our La Chaux-de-Fonds site
Qualifications
- Federal diploma of medical assistant, commercial employee diploma, certified medical secretary, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a large team
- Excellent stress resistance and ability to manage complex situations
- Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks and organize work according to urgency
- Proven team coordination skills, especially to supervise and support a team of 23 collaborators
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
- Initiative and ability to find solutions in unforeseen situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Mastery of administrative tasks and common medical procedures
