Operations Manager / Facility Services Manager / Canton of VaudAt ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Implement ISS's strategy and objectives
- Be the privileged contact for clients
- Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
- Compliance with and monitoring of standards and guidelines defined by clients
- Ensure operational and financial management of service delivery (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets…)
- Performance monitoring: KPIs related to sales, revenue, and growth objectives in the region, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and adapt procedures and work processes
- Responsibility for managing and supervising staff (schedules, interviews, recruitment, training…)
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Business development for the Vallée de Joux and representation at local events, taking into account regional specificities
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar position in Facility Services / Management
- Strong managerial skills (leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence)
- Excellent skills in managing soft services (Cleaning)
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Ease in planning and managing multiple assignments simultaneously
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team
- Initiative, availability, autonomy, with good stress resistance
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency in Office suite and comfortable with IT tools
- Driving license required
