At Netrics, you work as part of our Advisory Team at the interface of technology, business, and governance – close to customers, strategic decisions, and with real scope for design. Become part of our Cyber Security Advisory Team and accompany companies as an experienced sparring partner in demanding cyber security, risk, and compliance issues.

This is what your job will be like

• As a Senior Cyber Security Advisor, you represent Netrics competently and credibly in the market.
• You advise our customers holistically on topics such as information security strategies, governance, risk & compliance, data protection, ISMS, BCM, etc.
• With your experience, you take on interim CISO mandates with strategic, organizational, and operational responsibility at customers.
• You plan, lead, and are responsible for security, risk, and compliance assessments, including maturity assessments, gap analyses, and management-suitable recommendations for action.
• You support lead identification as well as the creation of cyber security advisory offers in close cooperation with the sales team and are responsible for the independent implementation of advisory projects.
• You ensure that contractual agreements, quality standards, and efficiency requirements are met in your customer mandates.
• Within the advisory team, you contribute as an impulse and innovation driver and promote the continuous development of our services.
• Participation in specialist events and conferences as well as writing specialist articles on behalf of Netrics complete your range of tasks.

What you should bring with you

• Completed studies in information technology or business administration (university/FH/HF).
• Several years of proven experience as a CISO, lead auditor, or in the cyber security environment.
• Extensive consulting experience and clearly developed strategic thinking and action competence with confidence in communication with C-level and top management.
• Very good knowledge of governance, risk & compliance, data protection, BCM, and IT emergency management.
• Sound knowledge of common standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2, BSI…).
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC are an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
