Deputy Group Leader Flea Market, Space & Nature (Workplace Department)

We are committed to enabling people with disabilities to live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.
For our Workplace Department, we are looking for a Deputy Group Leader Flea Market, Space & Nature (70% workload) starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
•Support in everyday work: Together with your team, you accompany and support people with physical disabilities in meaningful and participation-oriented activities.
•Overseeing sorting and goods flow: You oversee the processes around sorting and preparing goods and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
•Shop, reception, and markets: You shape the reception area and the shop with your team, take care of decorations on the piazza, and further develop internal markets and sales promotions.
•Acceptance point: You coordinate the acceptance of donated goods with the team, assess their usability, and direct them purposefully. You actively shape the processes, contribute ideas for further development, and ensure a respectful first contact.
•Collaboration with volunteers: You value the exchange with volunteer employees in the flea market area and enable good cooperation.
•Responsibility as a contact person: You support your group's staff in everyday life, accompany them pedagogically, and strengthen their skills.
•Organization of the WBZ flea market: You take a central role in planning and implementing the annual WBZ flea market in autumn.
•Economic efficiency and further development: You share responsibility for the economical use of resources of the Flea Market, Space & Nature group and continuously develop the product presentation and storage processes.
Your profile:
•Professional qualification: You have completed training in work pedagogy or have a comparable qualification.
•Organizing, structuring, communicating: You plan proactively, communicate appropriately for the target audience, and keep an overview even in complex situations.
•Leadership experience: You bring leadership experience from a lively and dynamic environment.
•Team- and solution-oriented: Your working style is cooperative, solution-oriented, and characterized by appreciative interaction.
•Economic thinking: You understand economic contexts and actively incorporate them into your actions.
•Driver's license category B: Ideally, you have a category B driver's license to flexibly take on transports and participate in external assignments.
