You can make a difference
- Support of people with support needs in the external residential group.
- Active facilitation of participation in everyday life: living, relationship care, leisure.
- Central role as a reference person.
- Shift work from Monday to Sunday (without night shifts).
You bring with you
- Completed training in social pedagogy or as a care professional.
- Experience in care in a residential setting.
- Organizational talent and high sense of responsibility.
