Your role and responsibilities:
As Sales Support - Head of Project Management in Baden, you lead our Project & Solutions Team and are central to the success of our customer projects in the field of power distribution and building infrastructure. You ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, professionally, and with the highest quality from the first customer inquiry through offer preparation to delivery and billing.

Your main tasks:
Leading and further developing the Project & Solutions Team, including coaching, performance management, and continuous employee development.
Independent management of projects from the offer to the completion phase across the entire value chain, ensuring project excellence by monitoring relevant KPIs (cost, quality, time), process optimization, and claim/quality management.
Building and expanding customer and supplier relationships, including coordination of contract and delivery conditions, identification of growth and service potentials, networking within ABB, and co-designing digital tools and solutions.
Support with delivery and logistics issues in close coordination with procurement and product management as well as development and implementation of the project management strategy.
Qualifications for the role:
Proven leadership experience and experience in employee development; independent, customer- and sales-oriented working style.
Basic electrical engineering training with practical experience in switchgear or system business, ideally as a project manager; process and organizational affinity in a technical environment.
Further training in electrical engineering or business administration is an advantage.
Structured, methodical working style, even under high workload; passion for innovations, improvements, and creative, solution-oriented approaches.
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP; experience with digital tools is an advantage.
Very good German skills; English at least B1, French is an advantage.
Experience working in a global environment.
