Job Description
Your Mission
You ensure that our field and inside sales teams achieve their performance goals and specifically develop the sales organization further. In doing so, you optimize processes, systems, tools, and KPIs and ensure consistent application of our sales methodology.
With high data quality in Salesforce and other systems, you create the basis for reliable reporting and forecasting. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development and successful implementation of our go-to-market strategy.
Specifically, you will:
Strategic
- Analyze customer potentials and develop growth strategies together with Sales & Monetization
- Continuously optimize sales processes, tools, KPIs, and dashboards and drive automation
- Build transparent reporting (e.g., in Salesforce/Tableau) to manage performance and forecasting
Operational
- Support the sales organization as a Salesforce power user (data, adjustments, quality assurance)
- Conduct training on sales processes, tool usage, and data standards
- Manage performance, pipeline, and forecasts with sales managers and ensure process compliance
- Support key account, account, and digital account managers in customer development
- Lead and accompany sales projects and product launches
- Support the Head of Sales and Head of New Business in operational and strategic daily business
Additionally, you are responsible for:
- The continuous development of sales processes, tools, and methods across the entire field and inside sales organization
- The prioritization and management of requirements related to systems, data, reporting, and operational sales support
- Close coordination of central stakeholders from sales, monetization, product, and technology to ensure operational efficiency
- The quality, integrity, and usability of the entire sales data landscape (including Salesforce, reporting, and KPI framework)
- Leading cross-functional working groups and project teams within sales projects and product launches
Qualifications
You bring
- A completed degree, ideally in data management, IT, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales operations (ideally in digital marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B)
- Proven success in optimizing sales processes and increasing productivity
- Very good knowledge of sales processes and tools, especially Salesforce (including administration & configuration)
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI-based control
- Routine in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., in product launches and growth initiatives)
- Ability to translate strategic goals into clear, measurable operational processes
- Very good German and English skills (French or Italian an advantage)
