Your Impact
- You are responsible for the development and seamless implementation of operational and strategic HR initiatives for Audit TIS East across the entire German-speaking Switzerland and work closely with management and the partnership.
- You develop HR goals and projects with the leadership team of your area of responsibility and implement them, including managing the personnel agenda and planning in alignment with the business strategy.
- You manage various annual HR processes, including performance management, compensation and promotion processes, as well as personnel development. Furthermore, you support leaders in talent identification and development as well as the identification and development of high-potential talents through succession planning and leadership development. You work closely with specialists and actively contribute to improving our processes.
- You actively drive the development of the organization in your area of responsibility through close exchange with the recruiting team and are responsible for accompanying organizational changes, as well as leading organizational development and change management initiatives.
- You advise the leadership team on all HR and employee matters and actively shape the company culture by contributing ideas for cultural improvement and implementing cultural initiatives to strengthen employee engagement.
- You are a member of the TIS East leadership team, actively participate in meetings, and represent the HR organization.
- You regularly review and analyze relevant HR data and dashboards (employee surveys, turnover, absences, overtime, etc.) for your area of responsibility and proactively discuss these with the leadership team. Based on this, you point out risks and propose appropriate measures to minimize them or improve the company culture. This includes using AI-supported analyses to evaluate personnel KPIs and defining and implementing personnel metrics.
- You actively contribute to the HR organization and also manage or participate in cross-functional HR projects.
Your Skill Set
- You have a business administration (technical) university degree with a focus on personnel management or a psychology degree with further education in HRM.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner and are familiar with matrix organizations.
- You are a highly customer-oriented, committed, and integral personality who enjoys working independently and in a team in a dynamic environment and possesses quick comprehension as well as "business acumen."
- You have an interest in your internal customers, show leadership, and know how to proactively generate value that goes beyond HR services.
- You are communicative, solution-oriented, speak and write excellent German and English, and know how to derive relevant insights from various HR data and translate measures into change processes.
