Be part of a dynamic team and independently support and advise our Swiss and international clients with your several years of relevant experience in the areas of social security, withholding tax, and payroll. This includes complex topics such as cross-border commuter regulations and social security affiliations in both national and international contexts. Your Impact
- Advise our Swiss and international clients on various employer obligations, especially in the areas of social security, withholding taxes, and payroll.
- Support employees in an international context, such as cross-border commuters, "international local hires," and contractors.
- Be the contact person for international social security and withholding tax inquiries. Assist with payroll, advise our clients on personnel and expense regulations, and provide tax-technical support.
- Support our clients from the employer's perspective in company formations and restructurings, the development of innovative work models, as well as in business expansion through the establishment of companies/branches, focusing on employer obligations.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a specialization in business administration, social security, and/or tax law.
- Consulting experience in consulting or employer advisory, ideally with own project and client responsibility.
- Be confident in German and have very good English skills.
- Be a highly motivated and goal-oriented personality who values analytical work and is not afraid of complex issues.
- Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, keep an overview without overlooking details, take responsibility for specific tasks, and demonstrate a high willingness to learn as well as a strong flair for numbers.
- Show motivation to grow both professionally and personally, and use continuous "learning on the job" as well as internal and external training for your further education.
