As Senior Global Marketing Director, You will lead global marketing for Multiple Myeloma, working with cross-functional teams to shape strategy across the product lifecycle. You will translate clinical evidence into clear commercial plans that deliver value for patients, healthcare systems and GSK. Your role will require collaboration with R&D, medical, market access and local markets to enable successful launches and sustained growth. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead development of global brand strategy and lifecycle plans for Multiple Myeloma indications.
- Translate clinical and market insights into commercial choices, positioning, segmentation and launch sequencing.
- Drive launch readiness and cross-functional execution with R&D, medical, market access and local markets.
- Partner with insights and analytics to build forecasts, KPIs and performance measures.
- Support market access and reimbursement planning to enable patient access across regions.
- Coach and influence internal and external partners to ensure consistent implementation and customer experience.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with at least 5 years in oncology marketing.
- Proven experience in product planning, brand strategy or launch readiness.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
- Data-driven decision making and experience working with commercial analytics or forecasting.
- Fluent in English; working proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Direct experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematology marketing.
- Track record of leading a global launch or major lifecycle program.
- Experience partnering with R&D or medical affairs on development-to-commercial planning.
- Familiarity with market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies in Europe.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
