The workplace is located at the UAPE of Thierrens, a facility with a capacity of 72 places welcoming children from 1P to 6P. The working days are distributed as follows: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Your mission:
- Ensure quality support for the children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify the issues related to quality based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose action plans and implement them in the child's interest.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with children, families, colleagues, and external services.
You have the ability to develop reflective action on the issues related to quality and to carry out relevant actions, deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your ability to communicate and take initiatives, your sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the team. You are of Swiss nationality or hold a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record. We offer:
