- KV diploma (EFZ) and experience in social insurance preferred.
- Fluency in French and proficient in German (min. B2).

Your role
- You review registrations and clarify entitlement to family allowances (birth, child, training allowances).
- As an important contact point for questions about family allowances, you support our clients, authorities, social insurances, and insured persons daily by phone and in writing with advice and assistance.
- You review and approve inter-cantonal and EU/EFTA differential allowances.
- You prepare rejections and recoveries in the form of appealable decisions.
- You support the team with system tests and actively participate in smaller projects.
What convinces us
- In addition to your commercial apprenticeship (EFZ), you ideally already have valuable experience in social insurance.
- Your mother tongue is French and you handle your tasks confidently and skillfully in German as well (at least B2, proven in practice).
- You enjoy working with legal texts and deriving entitlement to benefits from them.
- You think in a networked way and work carefully, precisely, and efficiently even under increased workload.
- You are open and a team player and impress with very good manners.
