Your new role

The St. Leonhard primary school is a municipal public school in the heart of St. Gallen. We are a lively, multicultural school where children with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds learn and grow together. Our teaching is support- and competence-oriented and is based on the strengths and needs of the children. Cooperation within the school building is collegial and solution-oriented. Your tasks are:

• Teaching and accompanying a mixed-age primary level
• Designing appreciative, learning-promoting lessons
• Promoting individual learning and development processes
• Collaboration with the team, parents, and school specialists
• Class management with clear, consistent, and positive presence
• Cooperative collaboration with the experienced job partner (Monday)

This position is for you if

• You have a completed teaching diploma with EDK recognition
• You enjoy mixed-age learning in a primary level
• Competence in dealing with diverse learning and development needs is among your strengths
• Resilience, ability to reflect, and team orientation are among your strengths
