Your team:
As part of the banks biggest Region Western Markets & Switzerland you will join the Chief of Staff team, which plays a key role in driving the regions priorities. The CoS teams are working closely with the regional leadership team and the relationship managers in supporting the growth of the region.
Within CoS we are responsible for business management, business development & marketing and business risk management for the region and its markets.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating and collaborating across teams and functions
-
Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests

Create and maintain KPIs / reporting framework across regional growth disciplines, to be addressed to line management, and to ensure diligent follow-ups of defined actions (NNM from share-of-wallet, new clients, etc.)

Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external bodies

Responsible for the communication of relevant information and actions for front employees of the Region, including monitoring and follow-up on agreed actions

Collaborate and support projects of our regional marketing teams
YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in the financial industry (ideally wealth management)

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English, with additional languages like German being a plus
-
Advanced MS office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
