To strengthen the team of INIZIA AG in Zurich and/or Baar, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, motivated personality who wants to become part of a young and committed team.
Your tasks- You take responsibility for technical-constructive tasks from planning to execution project.
- You lead and coordinate the internal as well as external planning and execution team.
- You ensure that the requirements from the building permit are met.
- You are responsible for planning management (planning packages) across all project phases.
- You implement and maintain the document platform and control the plan deliveries.
- You coordinate the planning of all project participants and specialist planners with a focus on feasibility and construction tolerances.
- You conduct plan checks as part of quality assurance according to INIZIA standards, contractual bases, and SIA guidelines.
- You lead planning and coordination meetings including minute-taking.
- Independent, structured working style with a high architectural quality awareness.
- Completed training as a structural draftsman or architect FH.
- Professional experience and solid expertise in project management.
- Very good knowledge of CAD systems (ideally ArchiCAD) as well as MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA).
- Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-focused personality.
