Enovis Mathys AG, based in Bettlach, specializes in the development and manufacture of high-quality orthopedic implants and instruments. To strengthen our production technology, we are looking for a dedicated professional who acts as an interface between development, production, and quality assurance.

• Creation and maintenance of work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing documents
• Support in the supervision and optimization of production processes for joint implants
• Participation in projects (CIP, industrialization of implants and instruments, procurement of new production equipment, etc.) as a production representative
• Planning the requirements for equipment, tools, and testing devices including coordination of timely procurement for internal production projects
• Handling complaints and deviations (non-conformities) as well as implementing corrective actions (CIP) for assigned products in collaboration with various departments
• Technical support for the production manager, for example in creating work and maintenance instructions, employee training, support during audits, etc.
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and development

• Completed mechanical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic EFZ
• Further training as a production technician or production engineer
• Experience in CNC manufacturing or precision manufacturing
• Interest in production processes and continuous improvement
• Experience in a similar regulated environment (e.g., medical technology or pharmaceuticals) is an advantage
• Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Good ERP and MS Office skills
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent, structured working style
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
