Biomedical Analysis Technician at the Immunology and Allergy Service
The Immunology and Allergy Service of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology (DMLP) is looking for a biomedical analysis technician at 80%–100%, on a fixed-term contract from December 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in care, research, and education.
The diagnostic laboratory of the Immunology and Allergy Service performs specialized analyses on clinical or study samples in areas such as hepatitis, HIV, autoimmunity, gammopathies, allergy, transplantation, and vaccinology.
Mission
- You participate in the pre- and post-analytical stages of analyses
- You perform analyses according to current procedures and standards
- You interpret quality controls and ensure the technical validation of results
- You contribute to the smooth running of the laboratory, notably in quality system management.
Profile
- You hold a higher technical diploma (ES) as a biomedical analysis technician or an equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
- You are dynamic, autonomous, and have good adaptability
- You enjoy working in a team in a stimulating environment
- You are naturally curious, rigorous, and appreciate scientific challenges.
