What to expect

Senior Project Manager

• Project management of business, change, or IT projects in various areas
• Overall responsibility for all project phases, including project budget, goal definition, and controlling
• Very close collaboration and coordination with internal departments as well as internal and external stakeholders. Depending on the topic, involvement of our IT network association Esprit or other external project partners
• Regular communication to the departments and the entire bank
• Active support of change including planning and conducting training sessions
• Identifying dependencies and synergies and continuously coordinating them
• Leading project team members (depending on the project)
• Managing multiple different projects
• Contributing to knowledge building within the team and supporting as a sparring partner
• Your workplace is Olten or Zurich (with willingness to travel to Olten) with the possibility to work partially from home.

What we expect

• Several years of solid project management experience as a project manager is mandatory
• Further education in project management and/or business administration
• Solid, broad banking knowledge (financing, investing, retail) or similar industries
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and IT affinity
• Confident appearance, persuasiveness, and perseverance
• Solution orientation, open mindset, empathy, and reliability
• Good French skills are an advantage

Compensation

• At ABS, we have a compensation model that ensures equal pay for equivalent work. Our salaries are internally transparent, and we guarantee a salary range of a maximum of 1:5 between the lowest and highest salary. For this role, the gross annual salary ranges between CHF 111,500 and CHF 136,300, with classification based on clear and transparent criteria.
