This is the job - Your main tasks

• Responsibility for leading and managing demanding transformation projects in the field of Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and smart operations – from strategic alignment to sustainable implementation.

• Consulting clients at senior management and C-level on the further development of digital production, operations, and technology models.

• Developing robust target images, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches to advance industrial value creation, processes, and system landscapes.

• Designing and managing effective solutions in areas such as Smart Factory, MES/MOM, IoT, Industrial Data Platforms, AI-based use cases, as well as IT/OT-related transformation initiatives.

• Actively developing existing customer relationships, identifying strategic business potentials, and co-responsibility for proposal processes, pitches, and positioning Eraneos in the market.

• Leading, coaching, and targeted development of employees as well as actively contributing to expanding our capabilities, our team, and our market impact in the field of Digital Manufacturing.

• Taking responsibility for the quality, controllability, and effectiveness of consulting mandates in a demanding, cross-industrial customer environment.

• you have several years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role with high result responsibility in an industrial environment.

• you bring solid expertise in the digitalization of manufacturing and operations functions and can confidently assess their added value for business, technology, and organization.

• you can structure, effectively manage, and drive complex transformation projects with a clear focus on benefits, implementation, and impact.

• a confident approach to senior stakeholders, reliable communication at management level, and secure navigation in demanding customer situations are natural to you.

• you have experience in relevant areas such as Smart Factory, MES/MOM, IoT, ERP, IT/OT integration, Industrial Data Platforms, or AI in an industrial context.

• entrepreneurial thinking, strong consulting skills, and a clear commitment to business development, customer orientation, and quality come together in you.

• you have fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.

• proven experience in leading large transformation programs with cross-functional and cross-industrial character.

• solid practical experience in classifying, designing, or implementing future-oriented industry topics such as Digital Twin, autonomous factories, or Industrial Metaverse.

• experience in leading, developing, and targeted promotion of employees in a performance-oriented consulting environment.

• profound know-how in relevant technologies, platforms, or ecosystems such as Siemens, SAP, Azure, or AWS.

• an existing network in relevant industries or a convincing track record in business development and market expansion.
