As an HR Generalist, you are the first point of contact for employees and managers, accompany the entire employee life cycle, and contribute your ideas to further develop the HR area. At the same time, you take on operational and administrative tasks (excluding payroll) and will gradually assume leadership responsibility.

Your tasks:
- Recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
- Advising and supporting managers and employees
- Operational and administrative HR tasks (excluding payroll)
- Participation in HR projects as well as development of processes and tools
- Preparation of reports and maintenance of HR systems
- Support in organizing various events for employees
- Commercial basic training with HR further education (e.g., professional certificate)
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language,
- Initiative, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for development perspectives with gradual assumption of leadership responsibility. Location:
