The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our customers and advance digitalization.

What you can achieve with us

• You independently handle the entire range of services in the disability insurance sector, especially the area of medications.
• You advise our customers on all questions regarding IV benefits.
• You carry out the necessary clarifications for benefit assessment.
• You recognize the right priorities in your daily work and implement them profitably for our customers.

Which skills are important to us

• You have completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant and ideally have 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Friendly and clear communication in German and spoken French characterize you.
• With a committed and responsible working style, you keep an overview even in stressful situations.
• Empathy, appreciation, and collegiality are a matter of course for you.
• Thanks to your flexibility, you remain calm even in hectic moments.
• You are motivated to contribute to this exciting task.

What we offer you

• Working hours

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks

• Vacation

At least 25 days of vacation annually, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave

• Salary

Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection, and civilian service

Above-parity contribution to the Bern pension fund, coverage of half the premium for non-occupational accident, supplementary accident, and daily sickness benefits insurance
