- You lead, motivate and support your team with your hands-on mentality and take responsibility for smooth operations

- You pitch in wherever needed and thus contribute significantly to a positive guest experience
- Completed training in gastronomy, experience in a comparable role as well as extensive practice in the à-la-carte area
- Leadership experience (at least 5 employees) and enjoyment in motivating and developing a team
- Warm host personality with passion for guest contact, service-oriented demeanor and attention to detail
- Flexible, resilient, eager to work and responsible – a true team player with a hands-on mentality
- Organizational talent with independent, structured and clean working style as well as dynamism for a versatile activity
- Very good German and good English skills as well as a category B driving license

At the five moods restaurant in Zug, our host team with 32 employees pampers around 1600 guests daily. The varied, attractive offer consists of daily changing menus, a vegetarian dish, free choice buffet, salad buffet as well as snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a coffee bar and a serviced guest restaurant. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held.
You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the schedule. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.
