Specialist in Pension Fund 40-80% (m/f/d)
The Caritas Pension Fund looks after around 1,200 insured persons and three affiliated employers. The pension institution offers progressive and insured-friendly benefits that exceed legal requirements. The assets are managed according to sustainable principles.
The pension fund is currently managed by two people. Due to the departure of the co-manager, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement, who will mainly take care of the insured persons. If interested and with the necessary skills, taking over co-management at a later date is possible.
- Independent handling of all business transactions such as entries and exits, changes, home ownership, and divorce
- Processing of vested benefits and purchases
- Advising insured persons on occupational pension matters
- Calculation and processing of retirements as well as execution of pension payments
- Processing of monthly payroll interfaces
- Assistance with year-end closing tasks and communication to the insured
- General administrative tasks according to the head of the pension fund
- Support in digitization projects and further development of the pension fund
- Additional responsibilities may be considered depending on qualifications and workload, such as managing financial accounting
- Commercial basic training with further education in the area of BVG or social insurance (e.g., specialist for personnel pension with federal diploma)
- Professional experience in occupational pension provision
- Good communication skills in German and ideally also French
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Responsible, independent, and precise working style as well as confident handling of numbers
- Flexible and open to changes in a dynamic work environment and new developments in occupational pension provision
