Your responsibility:

• Support in the implementation of internal and external device projects – from new developments to product optimizations to design reviews and device variants
• Project coordination between internal and external development locations as well as relevant departments
• Professional customer communication and central contact person throughout the entire project process
• Coordination of product specifications and project framework conditions with the customer
• Project management within the approved budget including controlling.
• Creation and maintenance of central project documents such as specifications, schedules, and review documents
• Travel to production sites to coordinate and ensure project milestones up to SOP
• Technical support and participation in RFQ processes as well as preparation of offers for additional services

Your qualification:

• Completed technical basic training with commercial further education or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in production and/or development, ideally in the field of household appliances or technical consumer goods
• Strong entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking as well as high personal responsibility
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
• Confident handling of MS Office and good user knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficient use of modern collaboration tools such as Outlook, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams
• Confident appearance towards internal and external contacts as well as high teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel as well as a flexible and independent working style
