Our multidisciplinary Family Office & HNWI team within the Tax & Legal practice helps family offices, private equity investors, entrepreneurs, and high-net worth individuals to achieve their objectives, implement their wealth strategies around the world, and establish long-term structures fit for the future. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Director in our Zurich office.
How you can make an impact:
- Together with our team and colleagues from other Deloitte service lines, you will provide comprehensive, high-end tax advice to our clients (e.g., relocation from/to Switzerland, tax-compliant wealth structuring, succession planning, charitable organisation, trusts, reorganisations)
- Grow your own client base and building-up Deloitte’s market eminence with the support of the Deloitte Partners
- Develop your full potential in a working environment characterized by team spirit, trust, and mutual support
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering technical excellence and client-centric thinking
Who We are looking for:
- 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in providing tax advise to family offices, entrepreneurs, private equity investors and/or high-net worth individuals (e.g., law firm, Big4, private banks)
- Certified Swiss tax expert or similar education
- Excellent network in the Swiss market (e.g., banks, multi-family offices) and ability to build client relationships and grow own client base
- Existing client base welcomed
- High motivation to strengthen the own client base and support Deloitte Switzerland’s growth strategy
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach, self-confident with sufficient gravitas to engage with key clients
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong commercial thinking and skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail
- Thoughtfully manages multiple priorities and stakeholders
- German speaking, fluent in English, French language skills would be an asset
- Further language skills and/or cultural connections to other countries / regions welcomed
