Operational Support Scientist 60 – 80%

As an Operational Support Scientist, you are part of Compliance Team 2 in the Value Stream Filling area within the Production department. The team's focus is on coordinating and processing projects, change requests, and documents in the Filling area. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a well-functioning, collegial, and committed team. In addition, the area also offers opportunities for professional and personal development.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Creating or updating SOPs, procedures, and work instructions
• Creating change requests, coordinating necessary actions, and monitoring progress
• Participating in projects related to the specialist area
• Supporting the investigation of deviations and the implementation of CAPAs
• Supporting the implementation of the new Annex 1 requirements in routine operations

You bring the following qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed bachelor's degree (university or university of applied sciences) or several years of professional experience in a GMP environment
• Independent working style and quick comprehension in handling new topics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, question existing processes, and contribute suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written), English skills are an advantage
