For Senevita Dorfmatt in Bern we are looking for a Head of Housekeeping 100% immediately or by arrangement

Head of Housekeeping 100%

• You are responsible for the leadership and further development of employees in housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry areas
• You lead 13 people professionally and personally and train apprentices
• Together with your team, you ensure professional cleaning of public areas, senior and holiday apartments as well as care departments
• You are responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations
• You make purchases within the approved budget
• 40% administrative and 60% operational tasks

• Further training as a department head in hotel-housekeeping with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
• You are diplomatic, discreet, and have a good sense for elderly people
• Empathy and high social competence
• Leadership experience
• Course as a vocational trainer is an advantage
