If yes, then we definitely should get to know each other better! For our manufactory in Dietikon, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, motivated, and committed
What you will achieve with us
In our manufactory in Dietikon, you and your team are responsible for the completion of our praline and truffle range. You place equal value on the careful handling of our delicacies, quality, and the timely fulfillment of all orders. Your department plays a crucial role in the satisfaction of our customers – our high standards for quality motivate you and your team daily to deliver outstanding performance. In this role, you usually work Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to about 3:00 p.m. Seasonally, it is also necessary to work on weekends and ensure production with your team between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (expansion from one to two teams).
The following tasks await you:
- Personnel and professional leadership of the 21-member team (up to 24 employees during the season) and active participation in recruiting new employees
- Monitoring and improving our KPIs in the department and developing an efficient and effective way of working with the team
- Assisting in the completion of our elaborate pralines and truffles
- Implementing ongoing improvements
- Enforcing strict hygiene regulations
- Responsible for the flawless quality of the produced products
- Regular reporting to the department head
What we wish for
- Completed training as a confectioner-pastry chef EFZ or completed training in the food industry, ideally supplemented by further training in chocolate technology
- Several years of leadership experience and enthusiasm for building strong team structures
- An exact, quality-conscious, and independent working style as well as resilience even in hectic situations
- Affinity for new tools as well as great interest in organizational, planning, and administrative tasks
- An open, reliable, and communicative personality who lives the service mindset daily as a leader
- Mobility and flexibility
- Proficient user knowledge of MS Office and good SAP skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
